No minimum order quantity. We welcome orders of all sizes -- from a single prototype batch to large-scale production runs of 100,000+ pieces. For initial evaluation, we provide up to 10 free samples (shipping cost only). Volume pricing tiers are available for orders exceeding 500 units.

All products strictly adhere to DIN 371/376, ISO 529, and ANSI standards with precision tolerance classes (6H, 6G, 2B, 3B). We hold CE, ROHS, and REACH certifications. Material test reports and dimensional inspection certificates are provided with every shipment. Custom inspection protocols are available upon request for aerospace and medical customers.

Standard products: 5-7 business days from stock. Custom geometries: 15-20 business days including coating. Samples: Ship within 3 business days. We maintain safety stock for high-demand items and offer expedited production for urgent requirements at a nominal surcharge.

Yes. We provide full OEM and white-label capabilities including custom laser engraving, branded packaging, and bespoke geometry modifications. Our engineering team (Ph.D.-led, with former KORLOY R&D expertise) can develop custom tap designs for specific applications -- from micro-threading in medical devices to API/NPT threading for oil & gas.

Our carbide and HSS-PM taps are engineered for a wide range of materials: carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminum alloys (Al-Si), titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), Inconel 718, 17-4 PH stainless, and more. Advanced PVD coatings (AlTiN, TiCN, CrN, AlCrN) are matched to specific workpiece materials for optimized tool life and surface finish.

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Long-term partners may qualify for net-30 terms. Shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS (express 3-5 days) or sea freight for large orders. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
